抗酒精测试达到八级的三抗母粒HYP925PP
为了测试方达三抗母粒的抗酒精效果，特制备以下纺粘无纺布样品。实验过程如下：
一、 测试样布制备
布样选取MFI35的纺粘无纺布，通过添加不同剂量的HYP925PP后制得以下4块测试样布：
布样编号 | HYP925PP含量 |
1号布样 | 2% |
2号布样 | 6% |
3号布样 | 4% |
4号布样 | 0% |
二、 测试液体的制备
液体编号 | 异丙醇在水中含量% |
1号液体 | 10% 异丙醇 |
2号液体 | 20% 异丙醇 |
3号液体 | 30% 异丙醇 |
4号液体 | 40% 异丙醇 |
5号液体 | 50% 异丙醇 |
6号液体 | 60% 异丙醇 |
7号液体 | 70% 异丙醇 |
8号液体 | 80% 异丙醇 |
9号液体 | 90% 异丙醇 |
10号液体 | 100% 异丙醇 |
三、测试过程
使用滴定管将以上液体分别滴在以下四块样布上。
三、 结论
添加2-6% 方达HYP925PP三抗母粒后，无纺布样布均达到抗酒精8级。
