Electret masterbatch is a kind of functional masterbatch specially used for melt-blown cloth and used with Electret equipment, which can effectively block droplets, dust, viruses, etc. below microns.
By adding Fundchem Electret masterbatches, the density and depth of charge-trapping energy traps in melt-blown nonwovens can be effectively increased to improve the overall filtration efficiency and thermal attenuation performance of melt-blown nonwovens. In the case of the same fiber fineness and gram weight, it can reduce the resistance of non-woven products and improve the filtration efficiency of non-woven products.
Fundchem Hydroelectret masterbatches and Charge Conservation masterbatche offers excellent filter efficiency to H14 with good process stability.
